Jordan's place is a great find! Has all the things a place needs. Great space for people of all ages. Very close to where we wanted to be, quiet area. Would recommend!

I was so pleased with my stay here. The tree house in the back was such a nice add on to the place. The house was spacious and filled with games for the family. Everything was clean. The bathrooms were large and well lit. Jordan was a true professional when responding to our questions. The location was safe and absolutely beautiful. We had a lovely stay in St. Augustine at Jordan's place. It was actually better than expected. The location is perfect and easy to get to the historical district. You can get there with a 30-minute brisk walk, or you can take longer to stroll and look at the cute shops, stopping for a bite and a beverage as you go. There were two adults and a dog, and it was perfect for our needs. Little Echo loved the backyard to play in, and the walk through the neighborhood was delightful. Jordan made sure to check in on us, but because everything was as described, we had no need for anything during our stay. We did a Golf Cart tour, and the house is right in the pick-up area, which was very convenient. You're also close to a Winn-Dixie and a CVS, so if you forgot to pack something, it's a quick trip to pick it up—mine was sun protection! If I'm heading back to St. Augustine, I would definitely check to see if Jordan has availability.

This place worked well for us. It was close to many of the places we visited in St Augustine. The house is very quiet, everything well organized and clean. We will be back again.

We had a great stay at Jordan's island house. Felt it was as described, good spaces, and very conveniently located. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated and clean. We were in town for a show at the Amp, as well as enjoying the historic downtown. Great experience and great value!

We have stayed at Jordan's place now twice. The reason we came a second time is • The house is clean & neat; it's not overcrowded with "things," the kitchen is large and open, with everything you need, including coffee to get you started; plenty of trash bags, paper towels & tp; and the movie/game room is comfortable and relaxing. • The back yard is fenced, which we like because we bring our dogs. It's big enough for them to run and play! There's a grill, fancy lights for a festive atmosphere, plenty of seating, and a hot tub! • Best of all, we feel so welcome due to Jordan's attentiveness! He makes sure we have the door code in plenty of time and checks in with us to be sure we get settled in nicely. He asks if we need anything else. If we contact him with a question, he has always gotten back to us within 20 minutes or less. Thank you so much, Jordan! We'll be back!

I stay at Airbnbs quite often and this home may actually be my favorite of all time. The location was perfect, super close to downtown, St Augustine lighthouse and an alligator park. All the furniture was incredibly comfortable as was the house as a whole. The house was spotless and I felt very clean which is pretty hard to do with me. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this historic bungalow in the heart of St. Augustine. From the moment we walked in, we were charmed by the home’s vintage character, antique touches, and cozy furnishings that made it feel like stepping into a simpler, more peaceful time. The location is unbeatable. We were just a short walk or drive to the historic district, local restaurants, and the waterfront, yet the neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bungalow was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and blankets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome book with local recommendations and the shaded porch where we enjoyed morning coffee. Our host was responsive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in preserving the historic charm of the home while making sure guests are comfortable.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The layout made sense and was really well thought out. It was perfectly positioned between downtown and the beach so we were never far from anything, which was perfect for our bachelorette party. The movie theater room was a big hit and we will definitely be going back again.
