Saint Sylvan is a charming 100 year old 2/Bedroom 1/Bathroom bungalow with a great front porch. Easy to get downtown, beaches, and other attractions (less than 1 to ~2 miles depending on where you’re going & 2 bikes to use!) There is a full kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and both bedrooms have a queen bed. There is on-site parking and a great backyard space to dine under the stars or enjoy the sunshine!

We had a lovely stay in St. Augustine at Jordan's place. It was actually better than expected. The location is perfect and easy to get to the historical district. You can get there with a 30-minute brisk walk, or you can take longer to stroll and look at the cute shops, stopping for a bite and a beverage as you go. There were two adults and a dog, and it was perfect for our needs. Little Echo loved the backyard to play in, and the walk through the neighborhood was delightful. Jordan made sure to check in on us, but because everything was as described, we had no need for anything during our stay. We did a Golf Cart tour, and the house is right in the pick-up area, which was very convenient. You're also close to a Winn-Dixie and a CVS, so if you forgot to pack something, it's a quick trip to pick it up—mine was sun protection! If I'm heading back to St. Augustine, I would definitely check to see if Jordan has availability.

We had a wonderful stay at this historic bungalow in the heart of St. Augustine. From the moment we walked in, we were charmed by the home’s vintage character, antique touches, and cozy furnishings that made it feel like stepping into a simpler, more peaceful time. The location is unbeatable. We were just a short walk or drive to the historic district, local restaurants, and the waterfront, yet the neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bungalow was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and blankets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome book with local recommendations and the shaded porch where we enjoyed morning coffee. Our host was responsive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in preserving the historic charm of the home while making sure guests are comfortable.

5 stars all around! What a cute home, accommodating and friendly host, comfortable bedding, clean linens, great fenced in yard for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated our host. They thought of all the little things. Only 45 minutes from Mayo and very close to the beach, downtown and all the restaurants. Thank you! We hope to be back again someday.

me and my husband had a great stay here at jordan’s. my husband came home from deployment and i wanted to surprise him for his birthday weekend and they amazed me with help decorating before we got there. i definitely would recommend family and friends to stay here! Downtown is only a short drive away. it was peaceful in the neighborhood. the place was so cute we loved it!
