Our stay was exceptional. We were very happy about the views and privacy provided on the rooftop lounge area, from which we watched the Artemis II launch on 4/01/26. The refrigerator provided plenty of space for our food supplies. Our hostess, Carrie, was outstanding and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, and she answered all our questions very quickly over the booking's messaging app. She was extremely friendly, and we did get to meet her in person. There was plenty of area to park, and it was a short distance to wherever we wanted to go on the island and in St. Augustine. A bonus was that pretty much right across the street was a really neat park to walk around and see fiddler crabs. The rooftop access was a little more difficult than we had hoped before arriving or knowing until we were there. It was very similar to an attic pull down stair system to gain access to the roof, and then from leaving those stairs, the access/egress was a little tricky to get onto the roof and back down, especially carrying anything. I would suggest small children be very supervised. There was an issue with the ceiling fan system in the guest room, but it did not detract from our stay as we didn't utilize that room. All in all, we do plan on returning for another stay!

I stayed at Jordans place with my two teenage sons. His place was perfect for the three of us. We each had our own room. Jordan’s space was very clean. The sheets and bedding all smelled fresh and newly made. The bathroom was spotless. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. I appreciated Jordan leaving lights on in the evening as we arrived very late and I was traveling alone without my husband. There is also a camera outside in the front. That gave me peace of mind as well. We were about a 20 to 30 minute walk to old town. My boys enjoyed walking and seeing all of the sights. It was worth the walk not having to deal with parking. If you have little ones and are planning to visit the St. Augustine Alligator and Zoological park, this Airbnb location is literally around the corner and is a very short walk. If you get a chance check out the St. Augustine Shipwreck Museum. There are extremely interesting artifacts and unique pirate treasure. You can also find real hi treasure in the sand.

Great location and an easy bike ride to The Amp or to downtown! The house has been well loved by guests, but was very clean and had comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rooftop, but a little challenging to navigate the ladder/man hole.

We stayed with our two kids, so four people total. We had an amazing time! We also loved that it included a washer and dryer which really helped us! Any questions we had Jordan was very responsive and very polite and friendly! 10/10 would recommend!

My husband, our dog and I stayed four nights at Jordan & Brandon’s place. They were so helpful and friendly the entire stay. The house has more room than we expected and we appreciated that it had two living spaces. There’s a whole movie room in the former garage that we didn’t use at all! The kitchen layout is efficient and easy. Loved the glass walk in shower and both bathrooms are huge. The house is close to everything a person could want or need to do while staying in St Augustine: restaurants, groceries, historic downtown, nature preserves and the beautiful beaches. The backyard is fenced, a great feature for those traveling with dogs. We had a great time and would book Jordan & Brandon’s place again if we returned. Thanks for such a pleasant stay.

Brandon’s place was in a great location close to everything in St. Augustine. It was also extremely clean and dog friendly. I would definitely book his place again if I’m ever in the area.

Jordan’s place was beautiful and super clean! My family (3 kids, 1 year old, 8 year old and 15 year old) loved the place! St Augustine was 7-10 minutes away. I highly recommend! 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay! It was such a quiet little oasis. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The space was also beautifully decorated. It felt cozy, welcoming, and very clean from the moment we walked in!
It was in a great location and felt safe and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The map Brandon provided with directions for access to the property and parking were accurate and extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again!
