This house didn't have any reviews, so I was apprehensive to book. But I took a chance and so glad I did.
We loved this house. The big windows in the living and dining room lets so much natural light in. The house is perfect if you're going to see a concert at the amphitheater. The location a 30 minute walk to the Amphitheater or 5 minute drive to R.B. Hunt school field. We loved the comfy recliner couch and playing games on Netflix. The beds were comfy. The whole layout was perfect! The backyard deck was beautiful and could of used some lounge chairs. The house was clean and came with everything we needed. We completely forgot shampoo and soap, so it was a pleasant surprise to see some in the shower. None of these were horrible, but just a heads up. The window in the bathroom is in the shower, you can see everything waist up. House smelled of dog but we got used to it (spiked my allergies, tho). The heated pool was a small foot bath. It's deceiving in the picture. But with all this, I would totally stay here again (but I'll bring a bikini top 😉).

Our stay was exceptional. We were very happy about the views and privacy provided on the rooftop lounge area, from which we watched the Artemis II launch on 4/01/26. The refrigerator provided plenty of space for our food supplies. Our hostess, Carrie, was outstanding and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, and she answered all our questions very quickly over the booking's messaging app. She was extremely friendly, and we did get to meet her in person. There was plenty of area to park, and it was a short distance to wherever we wanted to go on the island and in St. Augustine. A bonus was that pretty much right across the street was a really neat park to walk around and see fiddler crabs. The rooftop access was a little more difficult than we had hoped before arriving or knowing until we were there. It was very similar to an attic pull down stair system to gain access to the roof, and then from leaving those stairs, the access/egress was a little tricky to get onto the roof and back down, especially carrying anything. I would suggest small children be very supervised. There was an issue with the ceiling fan system in the guest room, but it did not detract from our stay as we didn't utilize that room. All in all, we do plan on returning for another stay!

Everything was very clean and updated! We love bed that it had 3 very nice bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Our entire family was very comfortable! Another bonus was the theater room! There were six large recliners facing a huge TV and it was a great place to hang out! It also had a fenced backyard which is awesome since this property is pet friendly! The host was very friendly and responsive! The walk to downtown St. Augustine was 20 minutes and very doable! We will definitely book again! Everything was perfect!
