Loved the cottage. It has everything need for a comfortable stay. It’s perfectly located, just close enough to all the activities downtown yet peaceful and quiet. The backyard was perfect for our three dogs. They had plenty of room to run around and play.

Had a great stay, perfect quiet location, far enough from all the craziness of downtown but it’s just few minutes walk to the trolley & fountain of youth or a few minute bike to downtown/castle!

In my opinion, this place exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of games for rainy days. We used the fire pit almost every night during our stay. I especially loved the charming kitchen, which had everything we needed, and the projector room was perfect for movie nights. We will definitely be returning on our next visit.

We came to St. Augustine to elope with our 5 adult "kids". The house was amazing and allowed each of them to have their own space. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/etc and everything was immaculate. TV's in every room to again allow everyone to have some time away from everything at night. Within a few miles of everything that we wanted to do! Access to the roof was a little more difficult than expected, but great views and great place to see sunset, lighthouse and lights! Highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at Jordan’s Airbnb and had nothing but a great experience. Both houses were clean, spacious, and perfect for me and my 10 family members. We did run into an issue with the air conditioner in one of the houses around 9 p.m., but Jordan communicated with us the entire time and made sure it was resolved. He even had a handyman come out that same night to install two portable A/C units, which really showed how much he values his guests. I will definitely be staying at his Airbnb again the next time I’m in St. Augustine

Staying here was a dream!! It felt like our home away from home. The place was spotless and plenty of space to feel not cramped. The location is great and quiet. We did not have any disruptions . We definitely will stay here again when we come back. The host answered all of our questions and was extremely accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was just as described, in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to downtown, neighborhood restaurants, and a state park. The house and kitchen are well-equipped and we had everything our family needed during the stay. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions. Would recommend the hosts and this house and would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to St. Augustine.

This is the perfect place for a huge group. House is basically 2 individual apartments upstairs & downstairs which is perfect for groups that may have an older & younger crowd. Beautiful backyard & amazing view from the roof. I will say the way up to the roof could be an improved. You climb up a sketchy but sturdy ladder & pull yourself through a hatch. Once you’re up on the roof it is a million dollar view though! Location is also great less than 10 minutes from downtown & the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a wonderful stay!!! The treehouse is so cute and relaxing. It is close to the historic district to see the lights. My only complaint… if I’m just being picky is to have the dog poop from former guests picked up. Beside that 10/10 amazing stay.
