the home is very nice. it is a split home, so my wife and I enjoyed the downstairs area a lot. all looked like the pictures and was very welcoming.

Jordan’s place looks exactly like the pictures. It’s was very clean and clutter free, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were there on a girls trip and we really enjoyed staying there, it was peaceful, we all got a bedroom each and woke up to a noise free neighborhood. Good parking for two cars. Everything is located at a short drive (Saint Augustine city and the restaurant). Check-in was very easy. Best is that Jordan is very quick to respond. Thank you Jordan and we’ll definitely be back because we love this city and now we have the perfect accommodation for our next trip. Thank you.

Everything was very clean and updated! We love bed that it had 3 very nice bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Our entire family was very comfortable! Another bonus was the theater room! There were six large recliners facing a huge TV and it was a great place to hang out! It also had a fenced backyard which is awesome since this property is pet friendly! The host was very friendly and responsive! The walk to downtown St. Augustine was 20 minutes and very doable! We will definitely book again! Everything was perfect!

This was a really lovely stay, it's a great house on stilts behind the main home in a very quiet and private neighborhood. I actually used to live right around the corner from here, it's one of the best neighborhoods to stay in St Augustine. Calm, safe, central location. The interior was super clean and well kept, and it's a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay here! This place was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The fire pit and game room were so much fun for me and my family. It’s also conveniently close to the downtown area, which made getting around easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely come back!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind people. Our whole family had the best time at Jordan's home! He was incredibly accommodating and super quick to respond anytime we communicated. We came over the 4th of July weekend and stayed in the main house as well as the Tree House. Both spaces were clean, decorated tastefully and had things like, Ziploc bags, trash bags, dish wash tabs, plenty of toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc. The outdoor spaces were so lovely and we spent most of our time out front watching the kids play basketball in the driveway. The porch was perfectly shaded and perfect for enjoying the summer afternoon/evening. It's only about 1 mile to the Bridge of Lions so we walked there for the fireworks and to a couple breweries Island side. Would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and peaceful place, Brandon was attentive to the messaging and quick to response. I would like to add that I met Carrie (supportive staff), she was very attentive and helpful with information around the area. The place looks exactly like the pictures, I enjoy the inside and the outside despite the heat. The hammock is a plus!! Loved to rest there in the afternoon!!

This home is beautifully renovated and very well kept inside! It is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Downtown St. Augustine. Jordan was extremely easy to communicate with, as well.
